Traveller in Time trying to punctuate
"Well the loss of punctuation, capital 'I' and shouting on a message board are examples indeed.
Hi there, and < <./>Welcome</.> > to HooToo .
The loss of punctuation is probably one side effect of the use of text messages on mobile phones. It often takes several extra keys to capitalise characters as well as the 'comma' (,) and 'full stop' (.) are several keys deep.
Using capitals only is concidered shouting on electronic communication devices.

Traveller in Time only trying
"Nope, not an English teacher in any way. (My marks were always just sufficient to pass to next grade.)
I was tought to use strict punctuation by numerous synthetic languages.
And when I am in doubt about spelling I have to ask a search engine what is used most. "
