Yep; Mr B turned up not long after I'd posted that, and we briskly walked to the pub, had a couple of pints and met up there with the other people, about six of us all in all then we went off to the resturant, and had food, very nice, I think we all had three courses, and I had death by choc for dessert but I'm still alive, so perhaps I should go back and ask for a refund? we had about five bottles or so of redwine and then the bill a lot less than I thought it would be : £190 which I think was pretty reasonable for that kind of thing, esp with all the wine we had then we went back to the pub, had a few more pints, and came home..... and I did some college work and then went to bed around 2 AM again but was only in college today for a little while : I'll book those train journey's this afternoon then, so that is out of the way

About 30 quid a head then? so three couses and a bottle of wine each. sounds ok to me.

we are going on the Malarkey xmas do next week. Were gonna go chinese, but it is very expensive. Gonna go for a ruby instead. Works out about a tenner a head for a curry and two pints! Bargain.

Sounds good; someone once said Selford is good for some shops? I'm not sure if this is true or not; but I guess you'd know being a forigner from "down south", you'd expect me to know little and time is most ipmortant
