This is my first entry and I need some tips on how to make it a bit better

First thing to do is change the title as it's a bit clunky and long-winded at the moment... "Golden Sun - the Video Game Series" would be better.

I'll give it a closer look this arvo.

Okay the first thing you need to do is change the Entry from plain text to Guide ML. For help with Guide ML check out the <./>GuideML-Clinic</.>. What I'm doing below is putting your original sentences in quote marks and putting a slightly better version after the dash... obviously it's up to you whether you use any of this, it's your Entry after all! To help out I have also included the appropiate Guide ML tags.

Unfortunately I cannot offer any advice about the games themselves as I've never played them myself.

"Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age are a two-part seiries of games made for the Gameboy Advance system." - Golden Sun and its sequel Golden Sun: The Lost Age form a two-part series made exclusively for the Gameboy Advance.

"Desighned by both nintendo and Camelot the series has been a huge success, both in Japan and the UK." - The games were designed and written by Nintendo and Camelot, the first game was released in [year] and the second was released in [year].

"Most of the gameplay in the series is typical of many role play games (RPG's), in that you controll a character who walks around solving puzzles and fighting enemies." - The games are typical of computer-based RPGsRole-Playing Games in that you control a single character who moves around a fully realised world solving puzzles, completing quests and fighting enemies.

"However, mixed in with all, this is an extremely sucessfull formula of a deep storyline an extensive number of characters towns and to quote Nintendo Official Magazine "The best music we've heard on GBA ever"." - The game boasts a complex story, with many characters and locations. The in-game music was described by Nintendo Official Magazine as "the best... we've heard on the GBA ever."

The next section, as it concentrates on the first game should start with this header Golden Sun.

I'll do more later, but I'm really busy right now.

Been a year and noone's shown up, how about you take a punt and chuck it into PR, see what happens

This needs just a bit more detail, and then it can be removed from the Edited Guide Writing Workshop and put into PeerReview.

I've kinda decided to leave it for a while, since a third part was announced for release early next year...

That sounds like quite a while - do you think you'd forget about this if you were to remove it from the Writing Workshop?

I probably wouldn't, Golden Sun is never really THAT far from my mind... mind you I think the entry as it is still needs work, then I could probably add stuff on the next game either later on, or in another article... I could perhaps change the name of this article to Golden Sun: The GBA era???

It does need a lot more work - proper explanation of the various facets of the games (characters, gameplay etc) would make the entry a lot more useful.

It's up to you if you want to include the new game in this entry
