h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Before anyone jumps on my neck no I am not calling him a fake.One of the points that have been put to me by family and friends is that he has memorised all the hauntings and who is supposed to be doing it.
The only thing I point out is how can he memorise so many locations and incidents?
Also he does not always agree with the established theories of who is supposed to be committing the hauntings. If he was reciting from memory wouldn't it be easier to go with the established facts.
I do believe though that some of the things he does are a bit melodramatic.

and go into the forum, then ghosts, you'll hear of people who
doubt Derek's abilities. For instance, one viewer heard a voice
seconds before Derek said it, and thinks it may have come from
a microphone worn by Derek. And then there are accusations that
Gwen, Derek's wife, is nearby with a laptop.

And....don't forget Richard Felix saying that certain information that
Derek had said at Maes Artro came only "from one rare book". Rubbish. It all came the location's website!
