I'd like to contribute but not in any reasonable timescale with a 'new' item:
Rule 3: All submissions must be newly created, that is, not a resubmission.
So I wrote myself off until, on re-reading your entry, I noticed this under Categories:
1. Factual Writing
>> ... please consider submitting your entry into the Edited Guide as soon as winners have been announced.<< which I hadn't seen as a possibility before, EG & post being separate.
Now, I find myself in a quandary...
I submitted a piece to PR and it's now sitting in 'What's Coming Up' halfway down 'Recommended by Scouts', with very little movement for a few weeks.
It's tolerably obvious it won't get anywhere in June.
Would that piece be admissible for this purpose?
Will someone please adjudicate?
