We have very comfortable and modern trains here now. No comparison to the trains of only ten years ago.

Don't knock 'em. I liked those old trains. Even the ones in Romania...
And the ones we got on in Thuringia in the early 90s...that said 'RB' on them...

Ah yes. I do love a train. I was going on about them on the other thread, so I won't start again. heheh even though I am a trainspotter at heart and could spend the rest of my life going on about the poetry of trains.
And then there are roads. What ???? The A229?? I know this road. I never knew about ghosts. I love the hilarious really boring phantom hitcher and ... and...ah yes. Obsessed now. I must go driving.
And then there's the title concerning the Haunted Highway to Hellingly, ah how relevant that title is to my life right now, my friend, but you probably knew that just to get me writing which you have ah yes and can I stop oh no and can I punctuate right now oh no sir oh no Nigel because I think i might steal that title for my book hah as if i would ..
but wait .. but wait ... The A 229???

I love your Sussex series. Perhaps the weirdest thing about Hellingly is the way you pronounce it (Helling Lie).
"That's a Hellingly and you know it."

Thanks, Icy. I thought the pronunciation was wonderful, too - also, the fact that Hellingly possesses a haunted building that housed a mental hospital...
Nigel should stay outta there.
