I am a McDonald's employee and have never used the phrase "You want fries with that?" I don't think I've ever actually heard anyone say that. That's just one of those myths that probably was based in truth, but got out of hand. As for the employees not caring about their jobs, we're mostly teenagers, what do you expect? (and we're paid minimum wage)
