A Conversation for The Search For Chi, part 1
Developing Chi.

I use a somewhat personalized exercise to develop my own personal Chi. It only takes about twenty minuets, but it works. Firstly find a nice quiet room where you can not be disturbed, dim the lights and get into a really comfortable position on the floor (I just sit cross legged, hands on my knees, but it ought to be comfortable for you). Now clear your mined and allow yourself only one thought, relax. Slow your breathing down, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. After about five minuets of this rest your right hand over your left ear, resting the elbow of your right arm somewhere on your left arm and continue you’re breathing and relaxing. Then after about another five minuets of this swap arms and ears and again breath and relax. In the last five minuets of the exercise put both your hands over both your ears (left on right and right on left) and continue the calm and rhythmic breathing. Do this every day (and it has to be every day), and I’ll promise you that you’ll feel the changes in no time; eg you’ll be calmer and more flexible. Keep it up
