i have no proof, but i have a speculation
maybe it uses its pouch to keep a small plastic pyramid and a very good telescope, and since its name is a telescope, it telescopes to VERY small so it can fit inside its small pouch. also, on another completely differnet train of though, maybe it lives in middle earth. in that case i was able to find much out about it. here is the information i found following this statement:
