After a quick tour to the Flea Market, here it's back in Peer Review (I had it moved there before it hit the 2-month mark, but consensus among the Scouts' group is that it is pickable and that the SubEd should include the table from the researcher's personal space to complete it).

the tie is no longer alien to americans. There can be ties in american football games and ice hockey. Now that football is getting more popular, that too brings up the idea of a tie.

Didn't they have a tie in the All-Star Game (Baseball) this season? Administrator Bud Seelik(?) got a lot of flak for allowing it it seems.

PS- Gladly - you needed to be quick there - I was about to nab this out of FM for myself!

Naa, it's me who has to beg pardon. Without me requesting the move, it could have been recommended by now. As things are, it now has to wait for another week.

yeah, I'd forgotten, there was a tie in the all-star game. The problem there was that tie games aren't written into the regular rules of baseball, and everyone assumes that the all-star game follows the same rules. But it doesn't (as demonstrated by last years game) and people got mad at the seemingly sudden and arbitrary decision to end the game.

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
