i need all the help i can get right now.......ive a whole barrage o tests n scans comin up........1 o them is a MRI scan n im dreadin that 1 cos i cant stand bein in closed spaces aaaaaargh......n its made even worse by the fact they,ve said that 1 will take 2 hrs.......mayb if i meditate at the same time it wont b so bad

Good idea,Thats what i'd do anyway.If you can its great as you can control your breatheing and keep yourself calm.
