to be honest, i've been wondering about this one since word number two....
if 'Stalkers may' is a complete sentence then Yes
if not... aren't we still waiting to find out what exactly stalkers may do?

Good point. It's not a sentence in its own right, but it may serve as the answer to a question, such as "Will stalkers jump in the river?"
