oh please. It's not a sentence unless it has a subject, verb and object.
"Without peanuts" does not.
This whole "it could be a reply" is not the same as "it is a sentence" - most of the time people don't speak in a grammatically correct way anyway.
PS when you're challenged, you're supposed to suggest a new start.
