It has an assigned sub-editor. I like the idea of this, as it means you get a broader range of linked entries.
I'd probly prefer it to go through PR too, but apparently that's not the way it's done.
There has been some debate over the value and/or usefulness of the WW as opposed to PR; or rather what it's role should be as a forum.

or follow the link at the bottom of the entry to the Fr Rev project main page, that will also give you an idea of how the system works.
some PR reveiwers aren't so keen on it all. Can be seen as a bit of a back-door way into the EG. Or just lacking that PR touch; the feedback in particular.
I feel this is off-set by some of the advantages. At the mo.
Course, the thing was sposed to be done 'n' dusted by March.
