I'm just feeling anticlimatic(can I say that in an open forum?).It's 12th Night and all the deccys are down and away for another year.
Eldest born gone back to London,missed her as soon as I got home from work
.Nothing like having a child come running to meet you when you get home even if she is 20.At least she can put the kettle on.

Cats are good for greeting you too, but only if they're hungry.

Aah - what you need is a hyena - they greet you really enthusiastically - if you lie still long enough, they don't care what you smell like, AND they'll laugh at all your jokes. They are also nocturnal so it won't matter if its dark.

it was non to everything.I've just buried the Giant African Land Snail shell.I've no need of any pets now I'm totally pet free.I still have the 15 year old who frankly will probably still be living at home when he's 30.I most certainly don't need anymore babies (though it might solve the menapausal stage)and I hate being pregnant anyway.
I certainly DON'T need any more TEENAGERS in my life.Teaching the beggers is enough of a life sentence.
I'll stick with the moneytree.It MIGHT just survive overwatering and neglect.
Got over missing eldest born.It's nice having a quiet 5 minutes after work without having to talk to anyone.
