By dint of having been successfully ignored for the last 60-odd posts, I would like to join your committee. I am the one who makes the intelligent suggestions and comments 15 minutes before the idiot with the loud voice and the slow thinking processes works it all out and then spouts it out to loud applause and shoulder-thumping. This might elicit a smile from the person sitting next to me who heard me say it, but they are usually a not noticeable type, too.
And I'm the one people always interrupt as if I hadn't said anything. Usually to say the same thing anyway.
I have no noticeable features and hope one day to retire nicely into the background.
Nysmnyd - Now you see me, now you don't. Rather unpronouncable though.
Acronyms... SHADOW is nice. Who suggested it ? What did it stand for again?

Hell - this is catching. I didn't even notice the bikkies. There's probably an enormous gateau lurking somewhere inconspicuously, too.
Am working on some more acronyms because I enjoy doing that sort of thing. Let's face it, we're a brilliant lot, because we do more thinking than talking. you don't notice people thinking. You just assume they're doing it all the time. But I'm talking quality thinking here.

Might I suggest an agenda for maybe a later date when we're finally organised.
1. Minutes of the last meeting (if there was one, and if anyone noticed what was said)
2. Topic for discussion: Do we like not being noticed or should be do something about it?
3. By the way, Teasswill has brought some coffee, in case you hadn't noticed.
4. How many of us are really here?
5. Topic for discussion: Will we be noticed if we move around in groups?
6. Vote on the smiley issue. Is it worth it?

I think that if one writes down all the votes on a slate, and then adds them up, and reduces the answer to shillings and pence, one finds we've just about broken even
