Part 3 here! I've coached several shooting camps for young girls and the BEEF Principle always seemed to work pretty well for me! Anyone else with some tips?

I thought both of your articles on these aspects of basketball were clear and quite instructive.
My only comment would be that it would be easier for people to situate these if they were called "Basketball - shooting and the BEEF principle" or something similar.

Good point! I suppose it could be taken to be gun shooting at first!
