are threr any mac users left out there? you all seem to have abandoned the chat area and the main orchard itself.

I don't use the chatroom or Orchard unless I have a problem, such as when my start-up drive 
on my eMac... which I still haven't resolved yet... 
I don't use it because I am not 
enough, and much of the conversation goes way over my head, so I have nothing to input.
Also I only use my iMac for internet use, photography, iMusic and word-processing. I wish I had more time to progress more...
.Mac would be good too, as would Garageband... 
Maybe I will get into the 21st century at some point!!!

I'm still here. Like MMF, I only tend to use the Orchard if I've a problem. I do use my Mac for almost everything. It's a few years old now, not one of the Intel powered ones and
I used to use Norton Systemworks, until I found the latest one wasn't compatible with Tiger, and I had to completely reinstall it. Anyone know of a good alternative?

I just joined. As for alternatives to Norton Systemworks, there are plenty:
DiskWarrior, TechToolPro, DriveGenius to name a few. Disclaimer; I bought DiskWarrior and Drive Genius for work.
