It's a subtle distinction, I'll grant you that. But while you answer in the affirmative to the above question, I'd suggest that you abide by more traditional attire when standing in the dock.

Nah. Let the judge worry about it. By the time you're arrested, they've probably already run the Minnesota Multiphasic on you.
