That's Shanklin. In 2017 Shanklin esplanade gained two new crazy golf courses – Jurassic Bay and Pirates Cove. See: http://www.shanklinseafront.co.uk
But that's nothing compared to Sandown where Landmark Attractions, having paid for a 50-year lease of Sandham Grounds, are spending £500,000 on a new dinosaur crazy golf course there due to open in a few months: http://iwobserver.co.uk/2018/10/23/sandown-to-benefit-from-500k-dinosaur-golf-adventure-park/ It is reportedly haunted, you know. Sandham Grounds was the site of the second Sandown Castle and was the site of gruesome murders when the captain went mad and butchered his family.
The entry is completely out-of-date now, alas, but it is one of only a few (3 maybe?
) that I didn't write about the Isle of Wight.
