Hmm, not really a Collaborative Workshop Entry, I think? As it stands, the Writing Workshop is for 'standard' entries which are just unfinished, like this one, whereas the Collaborative Workshop is more for entries on the lines of "This Week's Topic" (eg A738696) where all the Researchers can contribute bits of knowledge, and it all gets bound together.
Really, your best bet is to finish it off and submit it to Peer Review - until it's finished most people will just say words to the effect of 'nice start - tell us when it's done'.
