Excellent piece Gif - well written and informative, and if there were any typos, I missed them. Gets my for the Guide

Yes, I agree, except that if your shoulders rise on breathing, you're not breathing properly! However, as most people breath from the top of their lungs and don't use the full capacity .... I suppose I can't really quibble.

*Heads off to the bathroom in the knowledge that he breathes properly because he learnt to play a brass instrument at school and has breathed from the diaphragm ever since*
Well, I stood in front of the mirror, and even when I deliberately breathed *only* from my diaphragm, my shoulders did still rise a little until I consciously made an effort to hold them down

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!

Hi Giford
I'm in the process of subediting your entry - it's at A789311 if you want to pop over and see what I'm up to (which isn't much, to be honest )

Cheers Danny. I can't spot the changes you've made - which is what I look for in an editor
One thing though - it looks like I've put 'You should now be able to run and jump freely without the bag moving.' Hmm, that's what happens if you forget to pick the bag up, isn't it? Please replace it with 'The bag should now follow your movements if you run or jump, without hindering you by moving against your body.' or somesuch.
Ta.

Glad you approve It's always nice to get an article that doesn't need much editing
I've changed the sentence you mentioned - anything else before I send it off to the Towers?
Congratulations - Your Entry has been Picked for the Edited Guide!
