A Conversation for Virgin

Check out the various broadband discussion forums for an idea of how well Virgin provide in that area. I'm not going to throw any insults myself, mainly because the subject is starting to bore me just now. But my partner and I are waiting for our account to be cancelled (takes a month, it seems) and in the meantime are using a dialup service BECAUSE IT'S QUICKER than the broadband service we're cancelling. However, Virgin broadband IS quicker than Virgin customer services answering the phone (45 minutes in one instance). I'm verging (no pun intended) on the insult-throwing now so I'll stop and take a few deep breaths!
