Why won't the site let me add to my guide entry?

I keep trying to add chapter 5 to my entry "Lost isle of Arborvilla" but it keeps shunting me to a place where numbers or letters are presents for identification. I keep giving the right identifications, but they keep telling my answers are wrong. How can I get them to stop doing this?
