Project Description
This project is intended to provide an overview of the Law as encountered during the 'average' game. It does not seek to include either total novices or those who wish to know how many runs can be scored from overthrows when the ball has been lawfully struck twice and the batsmen were running (but had not crossed) at the time the throw was made. It is intended to be a medium-level overview of the Laws for those who know and enjoy the game, but are unsure of regulations involving the employment of runners or what the umpire is signalling when he pats his shoulder.
It is intended that the project will cover a range of subjects, listed below:
