GLUM is mothballed awaiting the return of bunnyfrog
Simetra Posted Jul 16, 2009
we all seem to have neglected things, maybe in the future someone will stumble across the GLUM archive and wonder what strange beings existed that created such a strange thread and puzzle over the creature known as bunnyfrog

Hi Sim!
I'm in Eire in the motorhome right now. I see from the map there's a Bunratty but no Bunnyfrog!
Curiously Glum Smell

*coughs*
Who left all these mothballs around here? I hate the smell of those things! And why is all the furniture in plastic wrappings?
Heyheyhey! The Glum house is empty? Right! Lets see whats gone on...
*comes back after reading several hundred posts after post 3445 which is where he got up to according to his piece of paper*
My brain has just fused at post 3700, so I will continue catching up later. Ugh. Anyway my apologies one and all for running (hopping?) off AGAIN, I suffer from the impetuousness of youth you see and my girlfriend of the past few...well it feels like millennia now...feels that spending time with her is more productive than using the internet.
But! I have finally suceeded in begging to differ, so here I am!
Annoyingly though my timing is terrible as I will be going to Edinburgh for a few days but not just yet!
Ok, forgive me if my news is out of date as I am currently living in last July or so...but congratulations on the new baby ElD and kudos for the fancy road works Carole and Lelly and whoever else. And who can forget Simetra? That stalwart fellow of infinite patience and wisdom. Is stalwart a good thing? I can never tell. In this instance consider it to be intended as a compliment if you so please Mr Simetra.
Ok, if I disappear for more than a week this time please deluge my private messages with angry fists and things.
Right to business! And as I am feeling frisky, I propose a good old fashioned Cryptic Glum, solver may post next clue, thou knows the drill.
"Sing the praises of the mighty fruit of the acorn!"

Good heavens! Oh my tail and whiskers! I don't believe it (apologies V Meldrew)
Could it, I wonder, be Honor Oak?
If so...
