Why download them? Just google 'anagram machine' and there are plenty about . I know thats what Ive been using.
Annnyway, answer is likely to be Rickmansworth, but that does not seem quite right...
On the offchance that I am right heres my clue:

So is everyone stuck on the damp trouser thing? I keep checking back to see if anyone has posted an answer, but not so far!
I am thinking along the lines of something water for the not seeing it before I went through it) but the trousers being damp?
