The thorn lamb = Lambeth North
Born Crest - I want to say Brent Cross, but there is an 's' missing. Surely not another error????
So - my submission:

Lelly is yours a cryptic clue or an anagram?

LellyPomPom Posted Apr 30, 2005
Simetra - please accept my apologies for my dreadful slur upon your anagram capabilities!! Perhaps it is time I popped back to Ultralase for a top up dose of laser eye surgery!! (perhaps the surgeon can fix my eyes for me when he fixes my deafness - aging is a terrible thing - there was a time when I could hear and see perfectly, and I had not one wrinkle. Now even my "laughter lines" have wrinkles on them!!)
Mine is merely an anagram - I cold not possibly get cryptic too. With these eyes??!!

Is it Mornington Crescent with a silent "M"?
In which case Rule 5 states that you cannot win because M is noisy and shakes its legs about!
