To be honest, even the ISIHAC crew do use these rules. But obviously due to the time-constraints of Radio 4 air-time, they can't explain the precise nature of *all* of their moves. Fortunately, here on H2g2 we have the time, liberty and expertise to explain our every move in detail.
Stick around, you might learn something.

Of course we all realize that the rules are really only a guideline, except for 221b which needs to be fully understood and applied.
Also with this 2010 map we are using for this advanced game the rules have now become more organic and are being created for future generations of players, all those that are playing now can be proud to be part of this Nexus as we take the game forward through our trials and many errors along the way.

But don't you think that we heed to get a balance between evolving the game whilst still attracting new players? I think any beginner looking at some of the rules used in this game, and even the plethora of new manouvers used in the 'standard' level games, is going to get confused.

Hi Guys,
Back from Brum now to dear ol' Dorzet by the sea – it's a bit nippy mind. Still I suppose it is still only January.
Anyway, just for the fun of it...
