The display of tables with borders seems to be dodgy. In my browser (Mozilla Firefox 3.6.12) the lines around the example 2 in the GuideML Clinic page about tables are all over the place - some lines there, some missing:

I've seen other problems with tables in other places, but get this one sorted out first.
