In America we call them scalpers...
I don't know why except for the feeling you get after you fork over that large amount of cash for a ticket which lists the seat price at a tenth what you paid! I think it dates back to Indian days when natives would actually take the scalp of the white man who was occupying land which once belonged to the native or native's tribe in question.
