CSI what a series; i love it!
I can hardly wait for season 4, hope there's going to be one!!
I just hope that they arent going to ruin it with emotional pap, remember "Play with Fire" ? SAra was showing distinct signs of going all mushy over Gil and so far this series has successfully avoided the trap of ruining this fine drama with unnecessary insights into the emotional love story issue. I think the series is just fine as it is and part of the enjoyment for me is the characters personalities which evolve through their investigations; we dont need it spelling out for us especially if its going to detract from the story lines. Part of Grissom's appeal [for me anyway] is the mystery that surrounds him, reveal that and he will not have the same aura he has now!! SAme goes for the others, they show just enough of themselves in relevance to how they deal with the cases.
It worked for MIT, they concentrated on the job and left the personal stuff at home!
csi rocks, leave it that way!

Ochre

Have to say i love CSI too. Having only recently discovered it, it has boosted the usual dire summer tv schedule. However the networks have tended not to do the usual put nothing on over the summer it sunny technique this year. I like the mushy stuff but yes subtle hints and expressions so much better than whole pages of script on the matter. Also CSI is one of those programmes that you don't have to watch in sequence you can dip in and out rather like h2g2?
