Well, this is very true . I'm sure agony aunts evolved from those interfereing relatives we all all have... the ones that say things like "They're not good enough for you." and "I knew that would happen!"

Yeah, hindsight is a wonderful thing isn't it?

You get the feeling that perhaps it was their interferring that put the mockers on things anyway, and they do that just so they are right!

Some people just don't like others to be happy and they like to control other's lives!

Yeah, you're right about that. The "I'm not happy so why should you be" syndrome...

I've had some friends like that. They don't stay friends very long!

Yeah, I know the kind of people you mean. The ones you go out for a nice quiet drink with and end up wanting to drown yourself in your pint with by the end of the evening!

We used to call my best friend at college, depressed and bored, because it was all she ever seemed to be!

Should have called her Marvin . There are, I'm sure, some people in this world who are only happy when they're completely miserable.

Just Glad we're not two of them!
