this is a tale of woe.
for a number of years a member of my family was causing serious trouble for me, and other people in my close family.
the police didn't seem to be able to deal with it, and the courts found him not guilty.
but then one day I got a terrible idea-I put up signs outside where he lived-with a catalogue of what he had been doing.
It didn't take long for him to stop what he had been doing...and his neighbours helped out once they got involved.
turned out he actually had some sort of break-down
and confessed to the police.
he's currently getting medical help.
but I won't get the 11 years back he took from me-not until I feel well again.

Passed a house a few years ago that had a car parked outside it, with the words "honk if you think the theiving b*****d that lives here should give me the four grand he owes" written on the side of it. The house was on the main road through a town centre, so of course everyone was driving past at about 2mph honking all the way
