This is one of two articles on IRC (the other is in the CWW right now), I hope they will be of some interest.
This article is about a website, but it is a truly unique website with a lot of history offering something not available anywhere else and it deserves a mention in the guide. (It isnt my site btw :o) Because my article on IRC was getting very large I split this off so I could submit it separatly and reference it, since it makes sense on its own.
