Ralph, the Janitor - Keeper of Magic Tricks that don't work (and some that do!) Posted May 3, 2004
Thanks, all. Actually I was sorta hoping that no one would notice. I've had enough birthdays, wouldn't mind missing a few. Besides, if I drink all this beer I'll just have to sit here in the sunshine till I get sober again. Beer & two wheels don't mix! And yes, I'm riding again! Just got my bike back the other day and it's running like a champ. Also (just in case anyone's interested) I've purchesed a virago for my wife to ride, so she can ride beside me instead of behind me.

Hi
No napping going on here. I'm on coffee. Moderation? What's that?
My bike's been in the shop for two hours now and I'm going through withdrawals already.
I can't find my either.

Hi there Yogabiker - and welcome!
Sorry about the lack of service - I think everyone is enjoying the nice weather - taking a ride, of course!
Yogabiker - that's an interesting choice of name - do you do Yoga while riding your bike?

Hi kristina.
Very impressing entrance.
So far the yoga and the biking are separerated for safety reasons.
As skill and poor judgement increase it is conceivable the twain shall one day meet.
On a related topic, I'm currently developing a fictional yogabike in my journal and am open to outside assistance.

*also comes sweeping in, but only 'cos she had got the broom in her hands*
Who brought all this sand in here?
Hello chums!

I guess everyone is out on their bikes.

Hi guys!
Nice to see some other bikers around. Regular people are fine in small doses but I'm only really comfortable when there are some bikers around.

Hi Wrinkled,
I saw your BMW outside and thought I'd stop in and say Hello.
Hello.
I wish I could stay for a bit but there's too much going on to sit for long. If this Harley had a cup holder I'd grab a to go.
Later.

I may be a yank but thanks to DNA's explicit directions in "The Salmon of Doubt", a good cup of tea is frequently being enjoyed right smack dab in the middle of the United States.
Milk and honey and a couple of cookies. Civilization has jumped the Atlantic ocean and landed in Illiois.

And why not, what can be better, a cup of . maybe of pint of , some comfy chairs, and motorbikes.
As a point of interest, my son's Yamaha FZ750 was stolen last Friday in England, he got a 2nd class letter from the police today, telling him it was in their compound we're all hoping it's repairable, but wonder when it arrived at the compound, after he spent most of Friday on the phone to the police, and I spent Monday on the phone cancelling insuraces, and deregistering the bike in German

*roars up on her Hesketh, with the aid of the IID, manages to stop it, park neatly and remove her helmet without a hair being out of place*
Ah well, UK police compounds are outsourced to private companies usually and half the time no one knows what's in them.
Better have a tidy up in here before Kristina arrives!
*gets the broom and various dusters out of the cleaning cupboard and sets to with vim and vigour*
