don't mention plastering We've just had a new kitchen installed & when we came to try and remove the tiles (on since the house was built in the early fifties); we found they'd just been whacked on the wet plaster covering the bricks ; taking them off has stripped the wall down to the brickwork.

Sorry 'bout the delay folks, it's nearly summer and I'm getting ready for hibernashun - all those of you who've met me will know that I'm _already_ round...especially after that curry in Bradfrod
