HI Kerravon, thoroughly enjoyed reading your entry.
Well done smiley - smiley
All the more interesting as I live "just up the road" at Spondon, and had never heard of Alice.

Kerr_Avon - hunting stray apostrophes and gutting poorly parsed sentences

I don't think she's particularly well-known outside the village- she does pop up a few times in histories of the area, but usually only as a one or two sentence note. There was a spiral bound book published about the village- however it was a very limited run available only from the village paper shop! That's why I wrote the entry- I think it's an interesting piece of history, and I wanted it to be recorded somewhere accessible, before the Little Eaton Hermit was forgotten forever.

Of course, if it doesn't, you could always consider offering it to <./>The Post</.> as this sort of thing is just what its readers enjoy! smiley - winkeye
It sounds as if you intend writing enough for a whole series.

Hi KerrAvon
interesting article, I thought it read well, should get edited for sure!
Now I'm off to read the reference to the ghosts, see you got my interest piqued, don't think you can have a better accolade to an article!
