Staggers in with no smoking signs and trolly full of food,snacks and drinks, now that kitchen is habitable and all the live pets are sorted.

Reception and copious office space is non-smoking, that said most of is sofa with a filing cabinat a wall full of gadget stuff and a desk.

I have put up a posh double tiered single airbed in the lounge and am calling it my bedroom should anyone offical ask,technically it's a smoking lounge.

The rest of the building has been designated as barracks,except for corriders,toilets and bathrooms which are shared. Individual rooms are clearly labelled are smoke free or otherwise.

DA if you are anyway unhappy with these arrangements then you can change them, in that you can completely make it smoke-free as it's your establishment *respectful nod* and

Ohh and the firedoors are being installed tomorrow and I can't display a smoking sign on the front door as it's listed but one in reception should be adequate

Final thing, the camper van is a convertable

Well seeing as it's a law now, non-smoking it will have to be. I will have to insist on a plush conservatory type thing for those of us who still are driven by this addiction.

Liking the plush conservatory *slaps up smoking permitted sticker* and opens doors, patio and water feature look good, can we have garden with play area, veggie plot and fire pit as well? Oh and a yurt, for the kids to live in *looks optimistic*

Thanks Boss , although I'm not sure what we are productive at , still our client seems happy enough our 'hospility' (mainly the 22 year old brandy) *cheeky grin*

My only concern is now that the dusting is finally done and everything is shipshape one of the lads are going to blow up the smoking lounge
