Can I join? I'm no good at art, per se, but as a HTML author, I've got 1887 5ki11 at manipulating images (cropping, transparacy, etc.). I also like reading back issues of the Post

Hi Robert. 
The Community Art scheme isn't ready for volunteers just yet, but you're welcome to apply when it's launched.

I made another banner. I'm working on a banner exchange idea that works with some javascript image juggling to change the peer review banner to something else. Haven't got it working yet. but I'll get there eventually. Anyway, I just wanted to show it to someone, and here seemed as good a place as any to do so.
