The name of Neobrad's position is quite simply "Armouror". Well, that's what it is in the fencing club I'm in in real life.

In fencing terms, the Armorour is the member of the club with the keys to the swords and masks ect. It is he or she who keeps records on what swords are stored there ect. The title could be Armourer to the Castle Anthrax. Armourer or however it's spelt is the correct word for what you do, looking after the wepons. aw, I'm off tae the pub for a sneaky drink behind the bar!...
