Even though there is one already, I think is one is more thorough. I also posted it before reading that usually entries are not replaced..

Don't worry about the other entry. It's not edited. In fact, if you credit the other researcher, you could probaly mine some of his ideas.
It's a beautiful city. I've been through there several times to go to Redstone. It deserves a good entry.
The first thing I'd suggest is taking out the first person stuff. The Editorial guidlines recommend against having first person stuff in edited entries. I'll comment more later, but I gotta fly, the dryer jsut stopped.

Only minor points from my side
There are some smelling pistakes like 'Hunstville', 'huntsville' and 'Bovaria' (this ought to be 'Bavaria') and it's 'Wernher' von Braun. He and his team made their decision *after* the end of WWII, but I don't know whether they had a word to say in the move to Huntsville.
I gather that you're using Fahrenheit for the temperatures. Please convert to Celsius
I'd say, add explanations for 'y'll, y'umpto, y'anna, and yonder' and some chapter headings and you're right there

Screw celsius. I say we stick with Farenheit. OKay, well maybe in celsius in paranthesis.
For explanations of the words, you can link to the article on Y'all.

Love your comment Two Bit.... a true American speaking there
But it would be a good idea to stick the celcius readings in (even if they are relegated to brackets) for all the Europeans and Brits of under 30 years old around here.
Oh and by the way, the entry on y'all is at A573978

Realistically, Americans are the most likely people to actually want the information, and none of us know anything about it except that water freezes at 0 and boils at 100. We have no internalized understanding of celsius. 50 degree sounds pretty chilly to me.

Two Bit, 70 degrees (Celsius) would be more than a hot summer. Rather a sauna! And it *never* snows at 25 which would be the right temperature to jump into a pool or go out into a beergarden

Most of the stuff has been said already.
My 2p: I am not familiar with the concept of a 'northern colony' has that something to do with the civil war? I think this kind of term should be explained for the non-american readers. (And add a Bavaria, *Germany* to that last sentence, since most people don't know where the grumble Bavaria is... Well, OK, one would guess from Mr. 'Wunderwaffe' who happened to work a lot of his stuff in a nice little town called Peenemünde (far away from Bavaria IIRC) but anyhow...)
And, not that it would matter much to me but: Fahrenheit was a great man, because he was the first noodler to introduce a semi-reliable and quasi-comparable concept for measuring temperatures, however, and especially since Hunstville is so tied to rocketry scientists, and the rest of the world IIRC uses the centigrade scale - *I* would put the Fahrenheits in parenthesis, but... what the heck...
Good entry...

As an actual "Rocket Scientist" with the US Army, and not to forget the fact that I live in Huntsville... I think that this was a pretty good article. Espacially if we forget about the "Neverland" shows, which I went to. Also, skip the Farenheit and Centigrade stuff, go with kelvin, that is what we use in the RDEC (short for AMRDEC with is short for Aviation and Missle Research Development and Engineering Center).
Glad to see somebody else understands the lack of Southern Grace in Twickenham.
