I forgot to mention, David Tennant (the new Doctor Who) is good as Barty Crouch JR, but due to time constraints the complicated plot about his time in Azkaban, his mother switching with him, and the Imperius curse on his father (plus Winky etc) is totally left out. Still works though! 
Also, we aren't shown the Dementor's Kiss (in fact, we're not told what happens to him) and there's no mention of the re-formation of the Order of the Phoenix.
