September 11th: The Real Story and The Shadow Government

A few things in this statement may disturb you (other than the obscene over-usage of the word serious.) The news of this Shadow Government classified the “Continuity of Operations Plan” was first broke in the Friday March 1st 2002 edition of The Washington Post. Don’t get confused though because this “Plan” has been in place since the morning of Sept. 11th, instituting ideas first hypothesized during the Eisenhower administration.

Although details on this “Plan” have been vague at best, some key government officials have leaked information to the press on the condition of anonymity. There are one or two facilities on the East coast; high-ranking representative members of their departments are stationed there with staff bringing the total number of people to between 70 and 150. The number of staff fluctuates when US intelligence deem al Qaeda threats real and likely to manifest. The first of such rotations were made in late October or the early part of November.

Officials who are activated for the duty live and work underground 24 hours a day, away from their families. Friends and family stay in contact with them through a toll-free number. These sites have been confirmed to have generators, televisions, computers and communications as well as private offices and Command Centers. Rations are stacked in warehouses to their ceilings, a very grim reminder of the stakes involved.

“The team, drawn from every Cabinet department and some independent agencies, would seek to prevent the collapse of essential government functions in the event of a disabling blow to Washington,” the post revealed from one source. “The underground government would try to contain disruptions of the nation's food and water supplies, transportation links, energy and telecommunications networks, public health and civil order. Later, it would begin to reconstitute the government.”

Bush issued an executive order in December setting the line of succession for several federal agencies in case a Cabinet secretary is killed or otherwise rendered unable to perform their jobs. The document lists the top six or so officials in order who would take over if an agency's hierarchy were disrupted. At least one Cabinet secretary is kept out of Washington at all times to help maintain the continuity of government.

Civilians deployed for the operation are not allowed to take their families and may not tell anyone where they are going or why.

Now according to this new information an official Shadow Government in terms of elected officials has been in place since the attack on New York and Washington D.C. This Shadow Government though, in my opinion, didn’t just miraculously pop up as of the morning of Sept. 11th. I believe it has been in operation since the mid-sixties in one form or another. I think it is very naïve of us to assume that the US Government is telling us the truth for the first time in that the threat we are now facing is somehow worse then the threats posed throughout the forty year ENTIRETY of the cold war!

The truth is that the CIA has been in charge of this Shadow Government indirectly throughout its existence. Supposed ex-CIA agents are stationed in all four corners of the Earth in case of a collapse of the US Government; should an unforeseen collapse happen these ex-CIA agents would be in charge of the restoration of the internal structure of the US through shipped material goods. They hold top positions in countless businesses around the world, ready and willing to bankrupt these companies in the name of US integrity. They would then work on the reinstitution of the Government like in the mission of this official “Continuity of Operations Plan” stated. The attack of September 11th simply gave them an excuse to get out in the open while the getting's good and while US citizens felt patriotic.

Bin Laden had been planning the attack for over ten years. The first attack on Feb. 26th, 1993 by Ramzi Yousef I believe was without Bin Laden’s consent. There was no planning and therefore no information; the CIA didn’t know that it was going to happen. Now whether or not the CIA knew about the 2001 attack before 1993 we may never know but one thing is clear they did know about it after! They did and so did the Mossad. They let it happen, each for their own reasons but obviously in conjunction.

The simple truth is that IF someone had stopped the attacks of September 11th, little heed would have been given it except of course from within the Islamic world or more specifically the al-Qaeda and other fundamentalist military groups. They would have simply attacked with MORE tenacity and with BETTER security of their information. They let Bin Laden have what he wanted and proved to others that it didn’t accomplish anything except for his own demise. In other words Osama puffed up like a balloon and then they popped him on a world stage, action is a powerful message my friends.

With the excuse of this "War on Terrorism" as the american media loves to call it, they were able to enter Afghanistan and obtain the intelligence they needed on future possible fundamentalist military actions. Now with the aid the US has given Afghanistan, they will be able to build military and air bases all over the strategically located country. China has nuclear capability and I have it from a very reliable source that they may have some two million troops in the western hemisphere, on a specific island in the Caribbean and in Panama. Iraq as well as having anthrax and funding anti-American military groups is on the verge of (if they don’t already have) nuclear capability. Both India and Pakistan though not particularly enemies are also nuclear capable. If an ICBM (inter-continental ballistic missile) armed with a nuclear weapon was to be launched from any of these nations these airbases in Afghanistan would give the United States the chance to destroy or redirect it before it even LEFT the atmosphere, very useful.

It’s very hard for us to imagine but US intelligence makes difficult decisions like this everyday. When it comes down to choosing between two evils it is only logical to accept the lesser of the two. Yes it’s true, I am not against what they did because I am a thinking man with a caring heart; the outcome was worth it. Although I'm not really sure about what might come out of it all in the final end.
