A Star Destroyer would obliterate most ST ships. For one thing it could simply try ramming them(its double the size of the Enterprise E) for another its got fire power in spades. Over 120 guns. Consider for example the vaunted Picard manuver for an St ship this is a problem. For a star destroyer they just aim half the guns at one and half the guns at the other and blast it to atoms. The only advantage ST has is the transporters and frankly given enough time(presuming that there shields wouldn't already block that kind of thing) SW would figure a way around it.
