Star Trek V Star Wars

This is a very controversial topic, and has sparked some flame mail conflicts over the web, but for me, the winner is Star Trek.
As opposed to SW, ST has been going since 1966 in one form or another, meaning it has now been going for about 38 years, has had 10 films with another in production at time of writing, and 5 series, most (TNG,DS9 and VGR) have had 7 seasons over 7 years, and is at the leading edge of TV, with beastie graphics, storylines and actors, Patrick Stewart (Picard) in particular.
SW, on the other hand is crap. They will only do 6 films, have had no tv series, and the fighters are laughable.
A pissy Excelsior class starship could beat the crap out of the star destroyer. The Jedi are admittedly a bit cool and Yoda counts a lot on points for style, but ST beats SW hands down.
