Not sure purpose was the right word - not very eloquent - perhaps I used the wrong words 
.
I meant purpose in a kind of "agenda" sense of the word - as in this list seems only to exist to make friends and amuse and entertain each other, (rather than for some particular topic, agenda, purpose or whatever you want to call it 
) which is cool - after all, who needs anything more than this?
