Seeing as Amy P has asked for some publicity for the Dutch Penn. Meet later in the year, why not allow this to appear in the revived 'Post Recipes' column one week?
There is no reason why edited entries can't appear and it would be nice to have a 'guest chef'... plus an excuse to advertise the meet at the same time!

Sorry I missed this forum!! Of course you can use it in The Post. I love The Post. Love it, love it, love it!!!
Really, I like it a bit. 
Feel free to take whatever you like, whenever you like.
But instead of Dutch Pennsylvania, please use 'Pennsylvania Dutch'. That's the proper order.
