I have a 'WEB2U' device (similar to WEBTV) and need an ISP for USA or instructions for set up to get it working.

Indeed this place has been deserted for 6 years.
Anyway what the experience of h2g2 could tell you is that you are wasting your time. Give up now and save time and trouble later. Get a proper PC and connect to the internet in the traditional way or go to a library and use their computers. Any through your television way is fraught with so many difficulties it really is not worth your while.
