A Conversation for Pudding
Rag Pudding
Sergeant Pluck Started conversation Jul 13, 1999
This will catch some of you. Rag Pudding in my experience is _only_ found in the Rochdale area (not far from Bury, in fact, but no relation to the famous Black Pudding of those parts).
Rag pudding is a flattened version of the traditional steamed suet puddding, containing minced beef rather than the usual chunks of steak and kidney. Has anybody enjoyed this anywhere else in the Universe?
